TERMS & AGREEMENT

1. Membership Overview

1.1 Plan Features:

  • Annual Safety Inspection: Includes a comprehensive safety check of your electrical system conducted once a year.

  • Priority Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled within 48 hours of request, subject to availability.

  • Discount on Repairs and Installations: A 10% discount applies to labor and materials for eligible services.

  • Energy-Saving Resources: Access to basic guides and tips for reducing energy consumption.

1.2 Plan Cost:

  • Monthly Subscription: $25/month.

  • Annual Subscription: $250/year (a savings equivalent to two free months).

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Billing: Payments are billed automatically to the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
2.2 Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
2.3 Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services and benefits under the subscription.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Annual Safety Inspection:

  • Inspection is subject to scheduling availability and must be booked by the subscriber.

  • Inspections cover standard residential or commercial electrical systems; additional fees may apply for non-standard systems.

3.2 Priority Scheduling:

  • Priority scheduling guarantees an appointment within 48 hours but excludes weekends, public holidays, and force majeure events.

3.3 Discount on Repairs and Installations:

  • Discounts apply only to services requested during the active subscription period.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

3.4 Energy-Saving Resources:

  • Resources are provided via email or the Lumi Electric website and are for informational purposes only.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Lumi Electric is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen emergencies.

  • Damages resulting from improper use or maintenance of electrical systems.

4.2 The subscription does not cover emergency services unless explicitly specified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy:

  • Subscribers may cancel at any time by providing written notice to Lumi Electric.

  • Refunds are not available for partial months or unused benefits.

5.2 Termination by Lumi Electric:

  • Lumi Electric reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for non-compliance with these terms or misuse of services.

6. Modifications to the Plan

6.1 Lumi Electric reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ notice.
6.2 Continued use of the subscription after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

7. Privacy and Data Use

7.1 Lumi Electric collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
7.2 Subscriber information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
8.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
